Join the King's Men as we take on Mount Bierstadt (14,065 ft)—one of Colorado’s most accessible fourteeners—alongside our sons, daughters, and families. We’ll meet at the trailhead at 6:30 AM sharp.
Whether it’s your first 14er or your fiftieth, this climb is designed to be family-friendly, purpose-driven, and deeply rewarding. Mt. Bierstadt is a steady, achievable climb which is perfect for families and beginners, something that your kids/grandkids will never forget.
Where: Guanella Pass above Georgetown Colorado. Once at the top of the pass the parking lot is to the left with plenty of parking spaces. Consider carpooling.
What to Bring: Water, snacks, layers, sturdy footwear, day pack.
